1. No Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal & mineral characteristics or on change of mind.

2. Shipping

US Customers:

• Free US Shipping for all orders over $500.00 USD.
• For orders under  $500.00 USD:
• $15 flat rate shipping for packages up to 9.9kg/21.8lb.
• $40 flat rate shipping for packages up to 19.9kg/44lb.
• $85 flat rate shipping for packages up to 29.9kg/66lb.
• $110 flat rate shipping for packages up to 39.9kg/88lb.
• $150 flat rate shipping for packages up to 65.0kg/145lb.

International Customers:

• Free International Shipping for all orders over $500.00 USD.
• We charge USD $35/kg shipping for orders under $500.00 USD.
• If your order is less than 1kg, we still charge USD $35/kg. If your order is 1.5kg, it will be charged as 2kg for $70.00 USD.

The weight here is the shipping weight, including the product and packaging. 

 

3. Sales Tax

• By law, we need to charge sales tax for all California customers. Because our business is inside the California. 
• We won't charge sales tax for customers from other states of US or foreign countires.
